PJ Chaffin Limited recognises that modern slavery and human trafficking is a violation of fundamental human rights and is contrary to the Modern Slavery Act 2015 (the “Act”).

We are committed to ensuring that there is no modern-day slavery or human trafficking in our supply chains or in any part of our business. We will act ethically and with integrity in all our business relationships and enforce controls to ensure slavery and human trafficking is not taking place anywhere in our supply chains. All members of staff have a responsibility to ensure compliance with this policy.

When recruiting we carry out the necessary checks to ensure that Immigration and Nationality Act 2006 is adhered to in relation to employee eligibility to live and work in the UK, we will continue to ensure that fair and transparent recruitment procedures are followed.

Suppliers must comply and act in accordance with our policy and with the Immigration and Asylum and Nationality Act 2006.
