An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and ambitious Landscape Contracts Manager to join the team, driving the progression and development of new and existing contracts within the Landscaping Department. Working alongside the Senior Contracts Manager you will have experience in managing teams, commercial, planning and delivery. You will be building business relationships and seeing contracts through to fruition, playing a key role within the team.

You will be a confident communicator with the ability to develop and build on relationships, helping to enhance our portfolio.

As Contracts Manager for Landscaping you will have:

• Leadership experience
• Technical & industry knowledge
• Contract management experience
• Programming/resource management experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Understanding of Commercial processes

Essential requirements:

• Driving Licence
• CSCS

Desirable requirements:

• SMSTS qualification or be willing to work towards this
