Aerial Rescuers / Climbers | Fareham
Do you thrive at height and have a head for safety? We’re looking for an Aerial Rescuer/Climbers to join our specialist team at Chaffin Works, where your skills will help protect lives, support infrastructure, and contribute to projects that matter.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Performing aerial rescues and working at height across highways, arboriculture, and infrastructure sites
- Supporting safe access and egress for teams working in elevated environments
- Conducting inspections, rigging, and rescue drills to ensure compliance and readiness
- Collaborating with site managers and safety leads to uphold best practice standards
What We’re Looking For:
- CS38/39 aerial rescue and climbing tickets
- Proven experience working at height in challenging environments
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and emergency response
- Calm under pressure, with excellent teamwork and communication skills
